They are terrific‎! My friend got burned by not having apartment insurance when she was robbed, so I decided to check it out. I am a recent college grad without a ton of money. I wanted a company that was local, had been around for a long time and that would give me personal attention. My policy is well under $200 a year but I was treated like it was worth thousands. I love Gotham. Jeff Schneider at Gotham is great to work with. I moved to NYC and didn't understand all the differences condos and co-ops have from regular renters and homeowners policies.

They took the time to explain how the policies work and made sure I understood what wasn't covered.I felt the prices were in line with other companies but the service was much better. They knew a lot about condo insurance and I'm not sure I would have bought the right policy or would have overpaid for a policy I didn't need. Highly recommend Gotham.
