"5 stars!" I'd give more stars if I could! I needed to get insurance for a co-op that I bought. I filled out the form on the Gotham Brokerage website requesting a quote and received a response from Jeff Schneider almost immediately. The email was detailed and gave me all the information I needed. I contacted another broker, recommended by my attorney, and I waited for hours before I got a response and had to wait until the next morning to get an outrageously higher quote.
